Appointment Types

  • Standard Consultations (10–15 mins)
  • Extended Consultations (20+ mins for complex issues, care plans, mental health)
  • Mental Health Care Plans (allows access to Medicare subsidised psychology sessions, requires double appointment time slot)
  • Chronic Disease Care Plans & Health Assessments (>75 Health assessment and at risk groups)
  • Immunisations
  • Telehealth (only eligible for patients who have been seen within the last 12 months)
  • Skin cancer spot checks and resections
  • Women’s health (Pregnancy care, Contraceptive health including Intrauterine Device insertion, and Menopause guidance)
  • Repeat Scripts (may require an appointment)
  • Currently we are not offering home visits

A typical appointment time is 15 minutes

If you feel you require more time than a standard appointment or you have more than one problem to discuss, please book a long appointment using the Hotdoc booking platform or call the clinic.

Cancellations

Cancelling an appointment is totally understandable. We ask that you cancel your appointment either through the HotDoc app, replying ‘NO’ to your reminder text or by calling our receptionists at least 2 hours prior.

A non-attendance fee of $50 for a standard appointment and $100 for an extended appointment. This fee does not attract a Medicare rebate.

Patient Results

In most circumstances, if your doctor has ordered blood tests or medical imaging, patients are required to make an appointment to discuss the results personally. This provides a high standard of medical care and ensures patient confidentiality.
